Fantastic service. Great communication re order. First use of shampoo and conditioner today. Lovely clean fluffy boy and smells gorgeous. Fur feels lovely and soft and nourished. Chews sticks have gone down a hit so far. Still have antlers and crocodiles to try. So much longer lasting than any we have purchased in stores before.

a good quality product but items were missing from my order i have messaged them through there website stating what was missing and my order number but have not heard back from them update this has been resolved it appears there was an issue with the chat and the items have been sent out thank you lydia for dealing with this

I've tried the Roses at the Grand Hotel set this time, Beautiful floral fragrance and my home is scented with notes of spring and summer. Packaging and delivery great. The handwritten note is a lovely touch.
