Let customers speak for us
A family-run business based in Stoke-on-Trent...
We’re a team of three - husband, wife, and our baby girl. Rami handles all the technical stuff, from ordering stock and managing the website to packing parcels. Lydia takes care of design, social media, and the all-important task of writing our famous personalised notes. Then there’s Quinn C (or Quality Control, as we like to call her), who supervises our work, makes sure everything meets her high standards, and loves to "help".
Being eco-friendly doesn’t have to cost the Earth...
We create affordable, eco-friendly pet parcels filled with healthy, tasty treats and non-toxic toys. We stock the widest range of veggie treats online, and our fair prices and personal touch keep customers coming back. Every product and piece of packaging is carefully chosen - not just for its eco-credentials, but for its quality too. We’ve grown so much that Eco Pet Parcel moved out of our home and into its very own storage unit at the end of last year.
And finally, the magic…
We’re a small business - but don’t let that fool you. We do everything the big companies do, just on a smaller scale, which means we’re able to make sure every parcel is personalised just for your dog. Be sure to include your dog’s name or Instagram handle at checkout so we can make your parcel extra special. When you place an order with us, you can "sit" back and relax knowing something truly special is on its way to your dog.
